Bail Art Projects also supports companies that have signed the "1 immeuble 1 œuvre" Charter. Created in 2015, this Ministry of Culture program - in conjunction with the Federation of Real Estate Developers - aims to install art as close as possible to everyone, in private buildings. It is part of the Ministry's policy of supporting artistic creation and disseminating the visual arts to the widest possible audience.

"With the Cosmos project, Michelin is equipping itself with an assembly machine for agricultural tires that does not exist today. This innovation reinforces the Michelin Group's "Everything Sustainable" strategy, by putting well-being in the workplace at the heart of our concerns and increasing the attractiveness of our plant. Improving the working environment is a priority for Michelin, which must also meet the challenges of retaining its employees. Our garment makers spend 8 hours a day on a machine, with a helmet on their head, hearing protection, safety shoes and a cinderblock wall as their only horizon. The line is a little forced, but we're not far from the reality of industrial production. The arrival of our new machine, illustrated by Elodie Buisson's fresco, was a great opportunity to launch a new QWL project in partnership with our teams.
"Bail Art Projects has created first fresco in the city of Lagny with artist Koralie Carmen Flores, in compliance with the specifications of the Architectes de France. It marks the start of a series of installations that will link Parc Saint-Jean to the the city center, creating a veritable open-air museum. The works highlight the city's natural environment and the city's historical heritage. Integrating art into everyday life strengthens Lagny's real estate appeal, while celebrating its heritage and environment. Commines France, a content production company, is promoting this first project with 2 audio stories on the history of the town and the link with the artist's work, which can be discovered on the town's website. Thanks to the expertise of Bail Art Projects, this project testifies to Lagny's commitment to integrating art into everyday life, reinforcing the real estate appeal of our town while celebrating its heritage and environment."
