Real estate developer - Abellia, a committed real estate developer, has teamed up with Bail Art Projects to roll out Art4All, a unique initiative that turns every building site into a human, artistic, charitable and solidarity-based project. For its "Villa Tali" residential program in Beaumont-sur-Oise, Abellia wanted to place artistic creation at the heart of the urban project by directly involving local residents. The association chosen for this first local edition is Petits Princes, which makes the dreams of sick children come true. Conceived as a truly collective experience, Art4All transforms building sites into places of creation and transmission. The project always combines a human dimension (involving local residents, children, schools and associations), an artistic approach (working with contemporary artists), a charitable commitment (supporting a cause of general interest) and a spirit of solidarity (working together and creating social links). For this first project in Beaumont, Bail Art Projects invited visual artist Alice Louradour (winner of the Prix Félix Fénéon and a graduate of the Arts Décoratifs de Paris) to create a participatory work. Inspired by Picasso's phrase "I've spent my whole life drawing like a child", the artist led painting workshops with pupils from the Paul Fort nursery school. The children explored shapes, colors and free gestures, before seeing their creations integrated by the artist into a monumental fresco.
