Dental Practice, Martigues

In partnership with Bail Art Projects, the Cabinet Art Dentaire dental practice in Martigues has decided to incorporate contemporary art into its daily routine, transforming each treatment room into a cultural gathering place and offering both patients and staff a soothing, inspiring, and unexpected setting. For the first exhibition, two contemporary artists were selected: Blandine Insler, a painter from Marseille, whose colorful and luminous canvases infuse the space with a lively and positive atmosphere; and Jean-Luc Maniouloux, a visual artist known for his compositions blending textures and organic forms, bringing a sculptural and poetic dimension to the space. Now it is Maggy +++ and Tehow’s turn to take over the walls of the Art Dentaire practice with Bail Art Projects. A self-taught multidisciplinary painter, Maggy +++ creates work shaped by life’s trials and tribulations, which have gradually guided her toward the light through art. Tehow, also self-taught, employs a free-form practice blending painting, drawing, collage, and writing. Integrating art into healthcare spaces is not merely a matter of aesthetics: it helps reduce stress, stimulates curiosity and the imagination, and contributes to making every visit to the clinic more pleasant and humane. This approach reflects the commitment of Art Dentaire Marseille: to provide an environment that values both patient care and overall well-being. Thanks to Bail Art Projects, the practice will host two to three exhibitions per year. Each season will bring a new artistic universe, new colors, and ever-changing works: paintings, sculptures, photographs… This project proves that a dental practice can be much more than a medical space: a warm and creative place that values culture and quality of life.
