[1 IMMEUBLE, 1 ŒUVRE ] SOGEPROM x BAIL ART PROJECTS present the work of artist Marie Guerrier. Sogeprom commissioned Bail Art Projects to create and install a monumental sculpture in the Kléber program in Montreuil. "𝘾𝙤𝙣𝙘𝙧𝙚𝙩𝙚 𝙊𝙢𝙚𝙜𝙖 appealed to the teams because it blends different materials (painted steel and concrete) and blends into this residence where brown, dark gray and matte tones are de rigueur." By manipulating complementary shapes like puzzle pieces that, once assembled, form a harmonious whole, Marie Guerrier seeks to create playful works. The tangible balance and finesse of her work offer the viewer an experience imbued with harmony and tranquility. Initiated in 2015 by the French Ministry of Culture, the 1 immeuble, 1 œuvre charter encourages the integration of art into living spaces and real estate projects. "Works of art encourage exchanges between people, regardless of age, level of education or social background, and contribute to improving the quality of life of building occupants and users.
