French Industry - A fresco for a factory: Michelin reinvents working conditions at its Troyes plant, paving the way for 21st century industry. Michelin's Troyes plant is inaugurating a unique artistic project on its industrial site: a collaborative fresco on an 80m2 wall to accompany the installation of a new machine designed to improve workstation ergonomics and the working environment for garment makers. The artistic project underlines Michelin's commitment to innovation and well-being in the workplace, while honoring the industrial heritage and cultural richness of the Champagne Ardenne region. The fresco was created by artist Elodie Buisson in collaboration with the garment makers who will be working on the new Cosmos machine. The collaborative work refers not only to the challenges and specific features of the machine, but also to the working environment designed by and for the employees, while recalling the plant's CSR values.
