Events that bring people together

The Bail Art Projects teams devise artistic and cultural events for businesses that create meaning, stir emotions, and strengthen human bonds. Integrating art into your CSR projects, internal highlights, or managerial initiatives helps to unite your employees. What's more, this approach inspires your customers and showcases your commitments. Our tailor-made formats—exhibitions, openings, conferences, performances, workshops, and artist residencies—are designed to spark new ideas. In concrete terms, they energize your internal communication and encourage collective thinking.

Far from being merely decorative, art becomes a real driver of innovation, forward thinking, and quality of life at work. Our conferences, led by artists, experts, and artisans, offer your teams an opportunity for cultural enrichment. Make every event a memorable occasion that brings people together and reflects who you are.

Artistic and cultural, supportive and humane

Integrate art into your projects, themes, and corporate values to support a cause and engage your teams. Vernissages, exhibitions, internal conferences, and meetings with artists are all opportunities to forge new links with your clients, partners, and employees. Whether you want to support a social cause, raise awareness of a theme, or strengthen team cohesion, we design tailor-made artistic experiences. Performances, participatory workshops, temporary installations, and exhibitions inspire engagement and emotion. Art, as a universal language, reinforces the sense of belonging to a group and gives meaning to your actions around a unifying corporate event.

Innovation & Foresight

The contribution of artists in the workplace

Artists have a unique ability to question the world, open up new perspectives, and build bridges between innovation and the constraints of industrialization. By inviting an artist to your premises or to a key event, you stimulate your teams' creativity. You also encourage out-of-the-box thinking and fuel your innovation strategy. Conferences, workshops, and artist residencies enrich your vision and allow you to explore contemporary issues in new ways.

Conferences

Art & Culture in the workplace

Offer your employees a chance to be inspired and broaden their cultural horizons through our conferences. Led by art market experts, artists, philosophers, and artisans, these events cover a variety of topics, including art history, creative innovation, craftsmanship, contemporary art, and visual culture in business. More broadly, they offer an original way to feed curiosity, enrich knowledge, and stimulate creative thinking.

The impact of art on your business events with Bail Art Projects

An artistic event creates a powerful, memorable and human experience within your company. It stimulates creativity, strengthens employee commitment and conveys your values in an original way. Whether through an exhibition, a performance or a meeting with an artist, art fosters dialogue, emotion and team cohesion. It's also an excellent way of boosting your CSR policy and enhancing your employer brand.

We design tailor-made artistic events: immersive exhibitions, cultural conferences, artist presentations, vernissages, participative workshops or live performances. Our formats can be adapted to your objectives (CSR, internal communications, innovation, well-being at work) and spaces. We collaborate with a vast network of artists and galleries to create engaging and impactful experiences.

Bringing art into the workplace opens up new perspectives. Artists question uses, experiment with materials, shift points of view. Through meetings, conferences and residencies, they stimulate creative and strategic thinking. Art thus becomes a forward-looking tool, ideal for nurturing innovation, exploring ecological or societal transitions, and bringing new ideas to life as a team.

Scientific studies (WHO, UCL, The Arts in Psychotherapy) show that exposure to art reduces stress, improves mood and enhances concentration. Integrating art into an in-house event or program contributes to better mental health among employees and a calmer, more stimulating work climate. It's a concrete and inspiring lever for your workplace well-being policies.

Absolutely. Our cultural events can be designed to support a cause (ecology, inclusion, mental health, etc.), promote sustainable know-how, or encourage teams to get involved. They are fully in line with our CSR approach, combining creativity, social responsibility and collective mobilization around high-impact artistic projects.

It all starts with a discussion of your needs, objectives, audience and budget. We propose a tailor-made artistic concept, mobilize the artists best suited to your project, and take care of logistics, scenography and animation. We can also integrate mediation, communication and impact measurement tools. Our aim: to make your event a unique moment, in line with your organization's identity and challenges.

"Nantes celebrates the 60th anniversary of the Ministry of Europe and Foreign Affairs. For the occasion, the Cosmopolis cultural space is hosting an anniversary exhibition and a collaborative artistic creation. Live, Cécile Auregan, Seb Bouchard, Hugo Duras, Pauline Ferrand and Soizic Herihuel created a work symbolizing openness to the world, dialogue and international exchange. A second participatory work was created thanks to the artists' collaboration with pupils from École des Plantes, who shared their vision of the world through painting. This artistic event highlights a diplomacy that is constantly evolving, rooted in Nantes and turned towards the world."

"This exhibition creates a bridge between our desire to promote the emerging art scene and our internal Covivio for Climate initiative, through which we audit the ecological impact of every employee, both in the office and at home. Some of the guest artists act almost as materials engineers, and they give us ideas for the very activity of our group and the way we approach our real estate projects."
